Founded in 1978, although its founder, Antonio Pamies, was already hand-plucking in a small premises back in the sixties.

It began in a small facility with the processing of chicken, semi-hen, and heavy hen through hard work and dedication. Even back then, they achieved artisanal quality and established a name for themselves in Spain.
